On your stand before the doors open.
Exhibits, samples and show equipment into India and back out again without paying duty, or Indian exhibitors' cargo to trade fairs abroad. Cleared on an ATA carnet or a temporary-import bond, delivered to the hall, and brought home after the show.
Every crate, both ways, show to show.
Planned back from opening day.
From Bhadohi to Hannover.
We grew up serving India's carpet, brass and woodcraft towns, Bhadohi, Moradabad and Saharanpur. Their exporters have been taking samples to the world's great trade fairs for decades, and we have been getting them there on time.
Months shown are when each fair is usually held. Organisers set the exact dates each year. Fair names are trademarks of their organisers; we are not affiliated with them.
India's big exhibition venues.
Our first Delhi customs desk was next door to Pragati Maidan.
Before ICD Tughlakabad existed, our Delhi container work ran from the old inland depot beside Pragati Maidan, now Bharat Mandapam. Exhibition cargo has been part of our business ever since.
Exhibition & carnet questions
What is an ATA carnet?+
An international customs document, often called a passport for goods, that lets exhibition goods, commercial samples and professional equipment enter a country temporarily without paying duty. In India, carnets are issued and guaranteed by FICCI.
What if I don’t have a carnet?+
Exhibition goods can usually still be imported temporarily without duty against a bond and an undertaking to re-export them within the allowed period. We handle the bond and the paperwork.
What happens if I sell exhibits at the show?+
Goods sold or given away in India become a regular import. We clear them with the applicable duty paid and re-export the rest.
Can you deliver straight to the hall?+
Yes. We coordinate with the venue and organiser’s official contractor so your crates reach the stand during build-up, and we collect them after the show.
How early should I contact you?+
Ideally six to eight weeks before the show for sea freight, and three to four weeks for air. Last-minute shipments are possible, but cost more.
