Container load calculator. See it loaded before you book.
Choose dry containers, reefers, air pallets or trucks (India, Europe and the USA), tell us if your goods are on pallets or let us build the pallets for you, and add your packages by hand or straight from Excel. We work out the best mix of 20′, 40′ and 40′ HC containers, where every package goes and the order to load them. Rotate the 3D plan, step through the loading and download a summary or a step-by-step PDF with measured drawings, weight spread and a stuffing record for your warehouse team.

Load planner questions
How does the planner decide where packages go?+
It builds the load in rows (walls) from the front wall to the doors, the way loading teams work. For each row it tries different package orientations and stack combinations and keeps the densest one, while respecting the upright, stacking, layer and weight rules you set.
Is the result the best possible load?+
It is a fast, practical plan rather than a mathematical optimum. Real loads also depend on carton strength, pallets, dunnage and how the goods are packed. For high-value or tight loads, send us the plan and our team will check it before you book.
What does “Upright only” and “Stackable” mean?+
Upright only keeps the package the right way up (this side up), so it can only turn on the floor. Untick Stackable for fragile or non-stackable items, so nothing is placed on top. Max layers limits how many of that item go on top of each other.
How does it choose between 20′, 40′ and 40′ HC?+
It fills one container at a time. If everything left fits in one container, it takes the cheapest size that holds it; otherwise it takes the size that moves the most cargo for its usual freight cost. It also shows the plan using only one size, so you can compare. It uses typical inside sizes and payloads, for example 1,203 × 235 × 269 cm and 26,500 kg for a 40′ High Cube.
Can I upload my packing list?+
Yes. Upload an .xlsx or CSV file, or copy the whole table in Excel and paste it into the package list. The planner finds the columns for name, sizes, quantity and weight, even with a title row or serial numbers, and lets you check them before adding. Sizes in mm, cm, metres or inches are converted.
Does it work for air pallets?+
Yes, as a box shape. PMC and PAG pallets are shown with their usable base and a 160 cm or 244 cm height, but the aircraft contour is not modelled. Your airline or our air desk will confirm the build-up.
Is my data saved?+
No. Everything runs in your browser. The share link stores the package list in the link itself, so only people you send it to can open the plan.
